Area of methodological expertise:

Anne Hunt, Sc.D., M.S. is the Director of the Office of Methodological Data Sciences.  Dr. Hunt received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, master’s degrees in Biostatistics and in Epidemiology and her doctoral degree in Biomedical Computing from Harvard University’s School of Public Health, where she subsequently served on the faculty.  Dr Hunt has taught courses in SAS and Principles of Data Analysis, Computing Principles and Methods, Introductory Programming, Interactive Graphics, Database Management Systems, Structured Query Language, Application of Personal Computers to Public Health Problems, Hospital Information Systems, Patient Interviewing Systems, and Principles of Operating Systems and Compilers.  She is the owner of Hunt Consulting Associates, a medical computing consulting company which provides statistical, epidemiologic, and computing consultation and analytic services to universities and hospitals.
