Amanda Croasdell is a Biochemistry major and English minor who grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is in her junior year here at Utah State and still has not quite adjusted to the large amount of the white hazardous compound that takes over in the winter. When not in class or working in the lab, she can be found reading old classics, rock climbing in Logan canyon, kicking a soccer ball around, pulling pranks on her neighbors or trying to make the perfect scratch chocolate cake.
