PIN Reset Request Information
To Reset your SSB/ACCESS PIN, please contact the IT Service Desk directly at
(435) 797-HELP.
You will be required to provide information that identifies you directly (ANUMBER, Full Name, Date of Birth and other personal/student identifiable information). If this information cannot be supplied, you may be required to request this reset in person with photo ID verification or by mail with a signature request to protect the integrity of a student's record in compliance with the FERPA Act of 1974. Please have this information ready and available prior to your request so we may provide you with the best service available.
