Having your loved one delpoyed for war is challenging. Long separations are difficult in intself. knowing your soldier is in a war zone and worrtying about his/her safely may keep you up at night. your daily routines can also go through significant changes, creating additional stress for you and your family. This page is designed to help you find resources to manage the separation difficulties, as well as challenges of reunion and preparations for the separation. If you are a USU student, USU Counseling and Psychological Services (TSC 306: 797-1012) may help you prior to, during and/or after the deployment.
Regardless of service branch, service members or thier families can receive services at the Utah National Guard Family Assistance Center located in the Logan Armory (530 South 500 West, Logan, Utah).
