Leave of Absence
If you are planning to take a Leave of Absence from your studies at Utah State University for one semester or more, please refer to the following:

- Click Here to request a Leave of Absence online (required). Please contact the Retention and First-Year Experience Office 435-797-1132 (TSC 314) if more information is required.
- If you have any questions about the Leave of Absence process, you may contact the RFYE Office by going to TSC 314, by calling (435) 797-1132, or by e-mailing your questions to matriculation.advisor@usu.edu.
