What's my ACCESS Student ID# (A#) and PIN?
When students are first admitted to USU, they are assigned an A# and a PIN (Personal Identification Number) which corresponds to their birth date. If you are a student that was admitted to USU prior to or currently attending please Click Here. You will be directed to the page that will direct you how to acquire your A#. The PIN starts as you Date of Birth (MMDDYY), and upon logging into ACCESS the first time, you will be required to change this. For example, if your birth date is August 13, 1979, try entering "081379".Every 180 days the system will prompt you to change this PIN. Your pin must be 6 characters long and may only contain Numbers and Letters (No spaces or other characters please).
