Since our first class filled up so quickly our concealed weapons permit class instructor has offered to do a second class on Saturday, January 19. It will be from 2:30 – 6:30 p.m. in room 507 of the University Inn at USU. The cost is $40 and the class is taught by instructor Bill Hendrickson. Please pre-register online at www.keepsafecwp.com

A Mitt Romney campaign bus will be visiting Utah State University on Wednesday, September 19 from 9-10:30 p.m. It will be parked just outside the TSC! Be sure to stop by and say hello to some local officials, see the College Republican table and maybe even get a free, official Mitt Romney bumper sticker!

The Utah State University College Republicans honored the each of the 2,977 victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks with their own flag on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. The flag memorial was set up just south of the Taggart Student Center at Utah State University. Many students took moment or two to remember the victims of that tragic day.

COLLEGE REPUBLICANS: We have been invited to attend a meeting, set up especially for us, to get filled in on how we can help out at the new Romney for President office that is opening in Logan. The meeting will be held Wednesday, August 8, at 7 p.m. on campus in Old Main, Room 326. It’s for a great cause, so come if you can!

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: Interns are needed for the new Mitt Romney Campaign Office in Logan! The office will be opening in the next couple of weeks and will operate primarily as a call center. Interns would need to work for 15 hours per week, unpaid. Internship credit is available. This would be a great opportunity to help do your part to get Mitt Romney elected.
