Become a USU Can Stop Abuse Peer Educator
Peer educators serve as the ambassadors of the SAAVI office. They are trained during fall semester about interpersonal violence: bullying, hazing, stalking, sexual assault, domestic and dating violence, healthy relationships, and rape culture. Then they are taught skills to successfully plan events, awareness campaigns, trainings, presentations at USU. As a group, peer educators plan and implement several events throughout spring semester.
Becoming a peer educator is a great way to learn more about threats to safety and take part in creating a safe campus.
