Community Abuse Prevention Services Agency provides confidential shelter and services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in the bi-county area of northern Utah and southern Idaho. CAPSA provides a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment; services include: 24 hour crisis intervention; emergency shelter and food; support groups (rape/sexual assault, and domestic violence); coordination of services and support with criminal justice, law enforcement, legal services, social services, and medical and mental health personnel; educational presentations and workshops; and protective order assistance. 435-753-2500
