Student-Athlete Services

Welcome to Utah State University and Aggie Academics, where we're proud of our strong tradition of academic excellence. This tradition includes leading the conference in total number of Academic-All Conference selections 6 out of the past 7 years, including every year since joining the Western Athletics Conference. Utah State Student-Athletes have also led the WAC in Graduation Success Rates since the inception of that graduation metric by the NCAA.

New Facility to Open in 2008

In 2008 Student-Athlete Services will move into a new space on the 3rd Floor of the North End Zone facility (yet to be formally named). This space will include staff offices, a 30-unit computer lab, tutor rooms, a large study center, and 3 classrooms. This facility will be open and operational for the class of 2008!

Philosophy & Mission

Our philosophy is that the educational pursuit of the student-athlete needs to be owned by that student-athlete. Ultimately, they are responsible for the classes they take and the degree they earn. However, as a Division I intercollegiate student-athlete, there are many inherent time demands and constraints. Student-Athlete Services therefore provides the tools and resources necessary to help the student-athlete navigate the college environment to optimize success, all the while developing as a student and person. Some of these resources include priority registration, tutoring, mentoring, and course selection advising.
