USU PARTNERS IN BUSINESS
Partner’s is a nonprofit,
student-run organization dedicated to expanding Utah’s
business knowledge base by offering eight, one and two
day, seminars annually. It is self-funded. (See Workshops).
SHINGO PRIZE
The Shingo Prize recognizes manufacturers
in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The philosophy of the
Shingo Prize is that world-class performance for
quality, cost and delivery can be achieved through lean principles and techniques
in core manufacturing and business processes. The diversity of receipients over
15 years demonstrates how well the Shingo model and criteria works for any manufacturer.
