College of Science faculty gathered for a retreat Aug. 13 on Innovation Campus. Featured topics included college goals, technology commercialization and the role of science in economic development, USU's Innovation Campus, USTAR, USU seed grant information, discipline-based research and insights on the tenure and promotion process. 

 

Featured speakers included Dean Mary Hubbard, Ray DeVito, director, USU Technology Commercialization Office; Steve Pollock, University of Colorado; Jeff Broadbent, associate vice president for research; and Lance Seefeldt, professor, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
