"Rockets and Energetic Materials: Spaceflights from Goddard to Ares"

What does it take to put a spaceship into orbit?

Join USU Alum Robert Wardle of ATK Launch Systems on August 28 to learn more about rockets. He'll also discuss the 'energetic materials' that propel vehicles into the sky and beyond our planet to expand our knowledge of the universe.

Following the presentation, we'll move out to the USU Quad and view the launches of a variety of rockets. (There's more than one way to get your 'ride' into the sky...) Don't miss the fun!
