Utah Young Humanitarian Award

2013 Young Humanitarian Award - Apply now for this $5,000 college scholarship. If you are a young person who strives to serve your community, a $5,000 college scholarship might be the reward you never expected for your efforts. Promoting humanitarian service among youth is the reason behind this annual tribute, sponsored in its eighth year by the George S. and Delores Dore Eccles Foundation. We encourage those who know altruistic young people to urge them to apply. Three outstanding young humanitarians will receive $1,000 Awards and Utah's Young Humanitarian will receive a $5,000 college scholarship. Applications are open to all Utah resident secondary and undergraduate college students who are U.S. Citizens or legal residents. Graduate students are not eligible. Deadline for application is Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Delivered, NOT Postmarked.
