The History Of Stuff-A-Bus

Stuff-a-Bus was started in 1996 by Alden Erikson, the current Utah State University Parking and Transportation Bus Operations Supervisor. After many years of service and countless hours he gave the project to the Val R. Christensen Service Center who is now the organization who Plans and carries out the event. Alden, graciously still donates a lot of his time and service to Stuff-a-Bus which is graciously appreciated by the Service Center volunteers.

Stuff-a-Bus is the largest food drive in Cache Valley and it plays a big role in the lives of families in need. Every year the goal of Stuff-a-Bus is to collect thousands of pounds of food for the Cache Valley Food Pantry along with raising a large amount of money to the Cache Valley Sub for Santa. This time of year is when both of these organizations are in the most need and we hope to make a difference and help contribute to their great cause in helping our community.
