If you need to change your SOAR date:

  • Notify the SOAR office at (800) 606-4878.
  • We will put you in the next available SOAR session. Due to very detailed preparations, we are unable to add students to a specific SOAR date within one week of the date.

If you are deferring to another semester:

If you are no longer coming to Utah State:

  • Notify the SOAR office at (800) 606-4878.
  • If you cancel prior to May 1, we will refund your deposit.
  • If you cancel after May 1, your deposit is non-refundable; but we would still like to update our records.
  • If you have made arrangements with housing, please notify them at (800) 863-1085.
