Eligibility Requirements


To qualify for services, a student must be an American citizen or permanent resident of the United States, admitted/registered at Utah State University, must demonstrate an academic need for services as defined by the institution, and meet at least one of the following criteria:


  • Low income, as established by the U.S. Commission of Higher Education;
  • Disabled, including physical and learning disabilities;
  • First–Generation College Student, meaning that neither one of the student's parents has graduated from a four-year institution of higher education.
