ABOUT
THE AREA
Cache Valley is in a lush green valley surrounded by beautiful mountains.
It is the home of Utah State University which provides amenities one
would find in the largest of cities such as symphony, theater, art galleries
and sporting events. Traditional events on major holidays and summer
festivals make Cache Valley a lively place to be all year round. The
mountains provide skiing, hiking and fishing. Bear Lake sailing and
water skiing is not to be missed. Cache Valley provides regional shopping
and medical services to the area. Because of the University, there is
a diversified and interesting population. In other words, Cache Valley
is a great place to live.

Although more of an industrial center now, Cache Valley still takes
pride in its world famous cheeses and other agricultural products. But
why do people like to live here? "We love Cache Valley for its
