Student, Temporary, and Part-Time Employment

The Student Employment Office helps students, non-students and student spouses find on-campus, off-campus, work-study and summer employment. The employment can be full-time, part-time or temporary.

Anyone can apply for on-campus, off-campus and summer jobs.

To apply for on-campus jobs:

1. Find the job number(s) of the job(s) you want to apply for. You can apply for 2 jobs per day.
2. Take the job number(s) to the Student Employment Office or print your own referral on-line.
3. Follow the instructions on the referral form(s) you are given.

To apply for off-campus and summer jobs:

1. Go to the job board(s) on this website or our office.
2. Find the job(s) you are interested in.
3. Follow the instructions that are given.

Prior to applying for work-study jobs, you must have been awarded work-study funding.

To apply for work-study jobs:

1. Find the job number(s) of the job(s) you wish to apply for.
2. Take the job numbers to the Student Employment Office or print your own referral on-line.
3. Follow the instructions on the referral form(s) you are given.

Office hours:

Mon: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tues-Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Closed on university holidays
