When you leave school (or drop below half-time), the federal government asks us to review certain basic information with you about your federal student loans.

Once you have successfully completed this program, you will be able to print out a counseling form for you to use to show you have fulfilled your responsibility to do exit counseling. Take, mail, or fax the signed form to the Financial Aid Office.

If you have any questions about this program or about your particular situation, make an appointment with your Financial Aid counselor, or call the Financial Aid Office at (435)797-0173.

This is not Perkins loan exit counseling. If you have a Perkins loan you must contact the Cashiers office (435-797-1057) to complete Perkins loan exit counseling.
