In order to receive a federal student loan, federal law requires us to give you certain basic information. This self-paced tutorial should take approximately 25 minutes and is designed to give you the information you need to make informed decisions about student borrowing. If you leave the session before completing it, your responses will not be saved.

Once you have successfully completed this program, you will be asked to answer some questions about what you have read. If your loan has arrived at USU, it will take at least two days after you turn in this form for a check to print. In any case, loan money cannot be disbursed earlier than the first day of classes.
