Financing
Specific programs may have their own additional financial requirements, see the program sheets for details.
Exchange Programs
Exchange programs sponsored by USU are based on USU tuition. The program fee will allow USU to host a student from an exchange partner institution in your place. In turn, that person has paid all necessary program fees for you at their institution abroad. With some partner organizations, such as the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP), the exchange program cost includes tuition, room and meals.
Summer Programs
USU summer group programs, or semester/summer programs sponsored by affiliate institutions (ex. AustraLearn, C.I.E.E., ISA, ISEP) have separate program fees established and may include additional amenities.

Students who qualify for Pell Grants and/or other federal loans can apply these awards to their study abroad program fees. Please discuss your financial aid questions with the USU Financial Aid Office and apply directly through their office. Be aware of any limitations on these awards, such as minimum credit requirements.
