How to Get to USU

Flying into Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Lake City

The Salt Lake City Airport is the closest and most accessible airport to our university.

There are several ways to get from SLC to Logan. (Driving Directions) You can either a shuttle service or take the bus. Both services take about two hours from the time you leave Salt Lake City to the time you arrive in Logan. You should allow enough time for both air travel and ground transportation in order to arrive at the host campus during regular office hours.

  1. Cache Valley Airport Shuttle

    This shuttle service offers one-way($44) and round-trip($78) tickets. If you show the driver your acceptance letter from our office, the price will drop to $39 (one-way) and $72 (round-trip). You can contact them at 1-800-658-8526. This will drop you off at your dorm.

  2. Salt Lake Connection

    This is the same phone number as the Cache Valley Airport Shuttle (1-800-658-8526)-ask for Salt Lake Connection when the phone is answered. This service charges about $14 per person and drops you off at the Cache Valley Mall in the center of Logan. You can catch the taxi (see taxi info below) from there to your dorm for about $5.

  3. Greyhound Bus

    One-way tickets from SLC to Logan are about $20. You will need to take a taxi (about $15) or the SLC bus (#50 - about $2) to the Greyhound station. The address of the SLC Greyhound station is 160 West South Temple. Their phone number is 1-801-355-9579. The address of the Logan Greyhound station is 754 West 600 North. Their phone number is 1-435-716-9699. You will want to take a taxi from the Logan station to the university campus. The taxi service charges about $7.

  4. Bullet Shuttle

    You may want to use this if you will be arriving at the same time as another student. The cost is about $30 for the first person and $9 for each additional person. It will drop you off at your dorm. Their phone number is 1-866-234-4440.

  5. Taxi Service

    This is much too expensive for transport from the airport to Logan (nearly $100) but is very handy for getting from the mall or the Greyhound station to your dorm. Cost is very reasonable. Their phone number is 1-435-753-3663.
