Dae Rung Hyung -- Sparring Form number two
This form was created by 8th Dan Master Dong Hoon Kim of Tucson AZ.
- Start from Joon-Bee (ready) stance.
- Step back in fighting stance, (Gee-Hop).
- Step into front-stance punch to high-section, then step back into
fighting stance.
The punch is thrown quickly and without cocking.
- Without moving feet, twist 45 degree's counter clock-wise and do a
opposite side down block (ha-dan mak-kee, on the "open" side)
, mid-section punch, high-section punch, step back in fighting stance with
block.
- mid-section roundhouse kick, mid-section spinning side kick (back kick)
- Front foot moves back to back foot, while executing high outside to inside
block, with hammerfist, immediatly throw high-section side kick
- Pivot 180 degrees (clockwise) pull feet together, while executing
outside high block,
immediatly throw high-section side kick, end in fighting stance
- Back-leg mid-section side kick, mid-section spinning side kick (back kick),
slidding high side kick (Gee-Hop), ending in fighting stance
