Kicking is done into a focus mitt. Testee is allowed one practice kick then 3 kicks at count of mitt holder. Height of kicks should be about solar plexus level.

White belts practice only simple sparring drills to learn distance, timing, accuracy, and focus. At yellow belt more advanced drills began to be practiced including free-sparring.
