Mission Statement
Build the capacity of State Education Agencies (Part B), Lead Agencies (Part C), school districts, and school staff to serve and
improve results for infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities.
TAESE has been providing technical assistance through partnerships with States, schools, school districts, and the Universities
Department of Education for over 28 years.
TAESE uses staff and expert contractors/consultants to complete the work of each State and/or school district contract. Standards
of technical assistance are used to ensure high quality outcomes and impact. Each activity is evaluated with the results returned to
each client.
The end result for TAESE is to "Keep The Main Thing The Main Thing" — infants, toddlers, children, and youth with
disabilities.
