Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center

Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center is a U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs funded project that helps build the capacity of State Education Agencies and Lead Agencies in improving programs and services for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities. The main focus of the MPRRC is the State Performance Plan, Annual Performance Report and General Supervision Responsibilities.

MPRRC provides technical assistance to State special education departments, early intervention lead agencies, and other related state agencies in eleven states including:
  • Arizona
  • Colorado
  • Kansas
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • New Mexico
  • North Dakota
  • South Dakota
  • Utah
  • Wyoming
  • Bureau of Indian Education
