The Utah State University blue light atop Old Main will light the night sky Tuesday, March 19, to honor former university president Stanford O. Cazier.

President Cazier’s death was announced Thursday, March 14. As USU’s 12th president, he led the university during more than a decade of growth and expansion.

The Aggie Blue Pride Light atop Old Main lights the Cache Valley night sky as a symbol of Aggie tradition, heritage and pride. Classes, their instructors and students are a part of this heritage, contributing to the quality of Utah State.
