Aggie Men's Basketball Has 10 Games on National Television

Utah State [University] men’s basketball will play on national television a total of 10 times, including three from the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

The Aggies’ schedule includes 10 nationally televised games, including four on the ESPN Family of Networks and six on CBS Sports Network (CBSSN).

Utah State will play on the ESPN Family of Networks first in a road game at Boise State  Saturday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m.  The Aggies will also play back-to-back home games on the ESPN Family of Networks against San Diego State Saturday, Jan. 25, and New Mexico Tuesday, Jan. 28, both tipping at 9 p.m. (MT). The Aggies’ game at San Diego State Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 9 p.m. (MT) will also be on the ESPN Family of Networks.

USU’s home games televised on CBSSN include the regular-season home-opener Friday, Nov. 8, versus USC at 7 p.m., along with a Saturday, Feb. 8, game against Boise State at 4 p.m. and a Saturday, Feb. 15, game against UNLV at 2 p.m. The Aggies will have road games televised on CBSSN at UNLV Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 9 p.m. (MT), at Colorado State Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 7:15 p.m. and at New Mexico Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m.

Additionally, Utah State will have five games regionally televised on ROOT Sports Network, including home games against Southern Utah Tuesday, Nov. 12, and Nevada Wednesday, Feb. 5, both at 7 p.m., along with Wyoming on Wednesday, March 5, at 8 p.m. USU’s road games on ROOT Sports include its inaugural Mountain West game at Air Force Wednesday, Jan. 1, at 6 p.m., along with at Wyoming Saturday, Feb. 1, at 4 p.m. and at San José State Saturday, March 1, at 6 p.m. (MT).

The Aggies will also have at least two games streamed on the Internet on the USU Mountain West Network, including home games against Mississippi State Saturday, Nov. 23, and Fresno State Saturday, Feb. 22, both at 7 p.m. Additional games streamed on the MW Network are possible.

USU opens the 2013-14 season with an exhibition against Central Methodist (Mo.) Friday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. (MT) at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, with all tickets $5 in a game sponsored by Maceys.

The Aggies host Adams State in another exhibition Friday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m., before officially tipping off the season by hosting USC in the season-opener Friday, Nov. 8, then host in-state foe Southern Utah Tuesday, Nov. 12, both at 7 p.m.

USU men’s basketball season ticket renewals and new season tickets are now on sale. Season tickets start at $220 and they include all 20 home games as well as the BYU game at EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City Nov. 30.
