DeeVon Bailey will begin his new role as associate dean for research for the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences July 1.

DeeVon Bailey, professor in the Department of Applied Economics at Utah State University, has been selected as the associate dean for research for the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences.

“Research is cornerstone to this university and our college in particular,” said Ken White, dean of the college, vice president for USU Extension and director of the Utah Agricultural Experiment Station. “DeeVon’s appointment signals the continued priority the research enterprise is to our college.”
