Utah State [University] cross country will hold two distance running camps, an Open Camp and a Select Camp, the last week of July. The Open Camp, which is for high school runners, will be held Monday-Wednesday, July 28-30, while the Select Camp will be held Monday-Thursday, July 28-31.
Participants for the Select Camp, which is for more experienced runners, must have their coaches confirm the athlete's participation through the camp director, Daniel Line.
The Open Camp costs $150 per runner, $125 if part of a team of seven or more runners or $100 if a commuter camper. The Select Camp costs $200 per runner, $175 if part of a team of seven or more runners or $150 if a commuter camper.
Registration and payment must be turned in by July 23 to guarantee T-shirt, dorm room and place in camp.
Camp participants will get instruction from USU distance running coaches, as well as participate in several runs, in addition to guest speakers, team building activities, breakout sessions and several other activities.
