Intent-to-Transfer Application


Download and fill in the Intent to Transfer application. Follow the instructions on the application to apply to the Intent to Transfer program. The chart below is a basic guide to this process.

Student Application Process

  • Send completed Intent to Transfer Application with $10 fee to the Utah State Univeristy Admissions Office.
  • Complete Intent to Transfer Education Plan (ITEP) with advisors at both institutions. Send original to Transfer Student Services at Utah State after making a copy for you.
  • Follow your ITEP and maintain contact each semester with advisors at both campuses.
  • Obtain a USU ID card (optional).
  • Finish Utah State admission process approximately six months prior to first semester at Utah State University.
  • Enroll at Utah State after advising and/or orientation.
  • Send final official transcript to Utah State with degree posted and final grades recorded.
