Problems With the Receiver: Note the status of the SIGNAL and ALARM lights on the upper right side of the receiver. The signal light should be on, the Alarm light off. If your receiver is not operating, or status lights show an alarm and/or no signal, call the satellite TOC at 435-797-0674. A TOC operator is on duty whenever classes are taking place, and will talk you through displaying settings and resetting the receiver if necessary. In most cases, the TOC will be able to assist you in resetting your receiver. If your receiver cannot be reset, the problem will be referred to an engineer. One last
word of warning: If you
need assistance in any way, please call the TOC: |
