ATP box and microphoneThe Magnitude SR-3200 Satellite Receiver tunes the broadcast classes on the UENSS system, much like a home satellite receiver or cable set-top box. The receiver tunes all 7 channels currently available to Distance Education users. The receiver has a unique identifier number or "UA number" which allows the receiver to be identified to the system and allows the TOC to authorize the units' operation.

Problems With the Receiver:

Note the status of the SIGNAL and ALARM lights on the upper right side of the receiver. The signal light should be on, the Alarm light off.

If your receiver is not operating, or status lights show an alarm and/or no signal, call the satellite TOC at 435-797-0674.

A TOC operator is on duty whenever classes are taking place, and will talk you through displaying settings and resetting the receiver if necessary. In most cases, the TOC will be able to assist you in resetting your receiver. If your receiver cannot be reset, the problem will be referred to an engineer.

One last word of warning:
Don't power cycle the receiver unless the TOC asks you to as part of the reset attempt. Please leave the receiver on at all times to allow system downloads and updates.

If you need assistance in any way, please call the TOC:
