Scalia Says Judges Should Interpret Constitution

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia says judges should interpret, not try to rewrite, the U.S. Constitution. Scalia was the keynote speaker Monday at the opening conference of the Project on Liberty and American Constitutionalism at Utah State University. The project was launched by the university's political science department to focus on the nation's founding principles.
