Scalia Says Judges Need To Interpret, Not Rewrite Constitution

In recent years, American judges have taken to "abstract moralizing" at the expense of their real job, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said Monday. … Scalia gave the keynote address at the inaugural conference of the Project on Liberty and American Constitutionalism, launched by USU's political science department to bring attention to the nation's founding principles.
