USU Seeking Nominations for Honorary Degrees, Commencement Speaker
Utah State University is seeking nominations for Honorary Degrees recipients for 2010 and for a Commencement Speaker for the 2011 graduation ceremony.
Deadline for nominations is Nov. 23.
The committee is looking for individuals who have shown sustained activity of uncommon merit, people who have achieved a prominent career nationally or internationally, or those who have shown significant service beyond the normal expectations of their profession to Utah State University, the community or the state of Utah.
Nominations must include a completed nomination form, a short summary of the individual’s qualifications, a complete resume or curriculum vita and letters of recommendation.
