Utah State University senior running back Kerwynn Williams is one of just four nominees for the Capital One Cup Impact Performance of the Week after his exceptional game in USU's 48-41 overtime win at No. 19 Louisiana Tech last weekend.

The outcome of the Capital One Cup Impact Performance of the Week award is determined by a fan vote. Fans are encouraged to vote online (http://es.pn/RNZNMJ) starting Monday, Nov. 19, while voting will be tallied through Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 10 p.m. (MT).

Williams, a 5-8, 189-pound senior running back from Las Vegas, Nev., ad a record-setting night for Utah State rushing for 162 yards on 20 carries with two touchdowns, and added 125 yards receiving on four receptions with another score that came on an 86-yard screen pass from sophomore quarterback Chuckie Keeton on USU's first offensive play of the game. In all, Williams' 303 all-purpose yards, which included 16 yards on a kickoff return, gives him 6,510 all-purpose yards during his career to set the school record that was previously held by Kevin Robinson who had 6,479 all-purpose yards from 2004-07.

On the season, Williams ranks first in the WAC and 10th in the nation in all-purpose yards (159.1 ypg), first in the WAC and 23rd in the nation in rushing (106.1 ypg), third in the WAC and tied for 42nd in the nation in scoring (8.2 ppg), fifth in the WAC in receiving (56.7 ypg) and seventh in the WAC in total offense (106.1 ypg).

Overall, Williams has rushed for 1,167 yards on 183 carries in 2012 with 11 touchdowns. He also has 39 receptions for 624 yards and four touchdowns. Williams leads the Aggies in rushing, receiving yards, receptions, scoring and all-purpose yards.
