Phi Beta Lambda, PBL is the collegiate level of FBLA or Future Business Leaders of America, the largest and oldest business student organization in the nation. It is an organization for those looking to develop leadership, communication, and team skills, or, those simply looking for an organization to meet and network with others at the local, state, or national levels.
