The USU Student Association (USUSA) provides an in-house student advocate, or ombudsperson, to hear and assist students in resolving concerns that they have at Utah State University. The student advocate will address student concerns with the appropriate staff, faculty or administration member and also brings student concerns to local and state government officials. The student advocate strives to bring awareness to issues affecting students and leads initiatives to improve the quality of student life. Resources and programs provided by the Student Advocate Vice President's office include:

- Student Lobbying
- Excellence in Student Advocacy & Support Award

Monday: 3 – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 3 – 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 3 – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 3 – 5 p.m.
Friday: 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
*The student advocate’s office hours take place in TSC 340, the USUSA Info Booth or TSC 326.
