It is located on the west side of the building, near the racquetball courts offering a free, convenient, and friendly atmosphere for USU employees and their families to exercise. The University of Florida Extension is offering two webinars. This week they will focus on retirement planning over the long haul. In July, they will discuss retirement planning for those who are within 10 to 15 years of retirement.

Jen is a single mom who is still able to find time to exercise as well as work a full time job and be a full-time mom. I have been doing boot camp with Jen for the last couple of year and have seen her make fantastic gains in her strength and endurance.
Inspire Me Award: Betty Rozum
Betty joined the USU @ Work Weight Watchers group in October of 2010. She has been a faithful and dedicated member ever since.
