I try my best to align my daily choices and behaviors with a healthy lifestyle. Getting a full night’s rest, eating well, and taking time each day to exercise is essential to living a happy and fulfilling life. Without having good health, I cannot help others. As a USU professor, it’s important to me to not only set a good example of wellness, but to also pass on the word to others about how to achieve awareness and behaviors aligned with good health.
