At my previous job as a loan officer at a local credit union, I was the team captain for our wellness program. We would have 10-week credit union wide challenges, and I would help motivate, encourage, and provide creative ideas to help others become more active. I have been working on becoming more fit with my husband. I have participated in a 5K within the last 6 months, and plan on running another this summer. I was very active in high school with Volleyball, Lacrosse, Track, and Cross Country, but sadly I have not kept my same level of activity. I want to have more energy, feel good about myself, and be able to beat my little sister in an arm wrestle!
