At the Bookstore, many people sometimes think I am nuts because I like to do a variety of exercise and wellness activities. I walk to work three days a week (about a three mile walk), starting to run with a co-worker on Thursdays, expressed interest at work in bringing my exercise ball to sit on (several co-workers love this idea), did boot camp (loved it!) and am working on eating better. As an ambassador, I would encourage others to be well by starting up small challenges, letting them know of great wellness events in the community, and try to be a good example.
