I have been actively pursuing good health most of my life. The past 2 years I have focused on losing that extra weight gained midway through life and having better physical health through routine exercise and healthy eating habits. This past year I lost 20 lbs. and am committed to staying healthy and strong. I would love to encourage others to do the same because it feels great!
