Personal Training

USU offers personal training at no-cost to employees and their spouse/partner based on availability.
 

Shaun Anderson can provide you with personal training once your fitness assessment has been completed.  Contact him at (435-764-2612) or at s.g.a@aggiemail.usu.edu.  He can be found in the employee wellness center on Wed and Thurs afternoons, and can also work around your schedule.

 

 

Matt Kohler, an exercise science student, can provide you with personal training once your fitness assessment has been completed.  Contact him at (435) 225-4338 or matt.kohler@usu.edu

 

 

 

Alex Baldwin, a member of our wellness staff, can provide you with personal training.  Contact him at (435) 770-7283 or alexbaldwin2@yahoo.com. He is currently a student and training to be a certified personal trainer. 

 

 

 

 

Josh is a Certified Crossfit Trainer. He specializes in workouts that use functional movements, with variety and high intensity.  He can scale the workouts to fit any age or fitness level.  Josh is in the Exercise Science program and has been a member of the Army National Guard for almost five years.
