Friday Workouts

You can join in on a free and excellent workout, right at the comfort of your own desk. How simple is that? We know finding time to leave the office is hard, so we decided to bring the workout to you. No equipment needed. All you need to bring is some clothes you are comfortable to move in, a pair of tennis shoes, and you. We will focus on a lot of body weight exercises where you can virtually do this workout anywhere and anytime. Come back each week to see a new workout.
