Nicole recently graduated from Utah State with her bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Science. She is just beginning the Masters of Fitness Promotion program (Corporate Wellness) and is excited to continue her education at Utah State. Nicole loves to be outdoors, especially with her husband. She loves camping, hiking, tennis, running, and many other great activities.
Nicole has taught various group exercise classes and will be the Employee Wellness Pilates instructor this summer. She is excited to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their unique health and fitness goals.
Nicole will be available for personal training Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30, Wednesdays from 1:00-5:00, and Fridays from 2:30-4:30.
