Currently I am studying Wellness here at USU. The past two summers I have interned at Wellspring Camps in La Jolla, CA and Melbourne, FL. Wellspring offers fitness and weight loss programs for teens, college students, families and women. Some of the sports I enjoy include basketball, swimming, football, running, weight lifting, snowboarding, and surfing. I love working with people and helping them achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.

· Tuesday (6:30 am – 6:30pm)
· Wednesday (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)
· Thursday (12:30 am – 6:30 pm)
· Friday (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)
· Saturday (If Saturdays are best for you, let me know and we can work something out).
Note: I am willing to train further into the evening as well, just keep in mind the gym closes at 6:30pm so
the workout will be outside.
