Exercising Safely During Pregnancy webinar

Utah State University partners with Community Health Charities each year for our workplace giving campaign to make it easy for you to give to the health charities that are important to you. As a result of the generous support that our employees have provided to the member charities of Community Health Charities, we have been invited to participate in a free webinar entitled “Exercising Safely During Pregnancy.”

Community Health Charities will partner with member charity, the March of Dimes to present this informative webinar. Participants will learn the answers to these questions and more:Why exercise during pregnancy is good for you?·Can all pregnant women exercise?· What types of exercise are best during pregnancy?· Does pregnancy change how your body responds to exercise?
