Weight Watchers

The Weight Watchers at Work Program is offered to USU employees and students (and their families) as a continuous 12-week series of meetings. "At work" meetings have been proven to be more successful than regular community meetings, plus the benefit of a convenient time and location here on campus. Think you may be interested? Come to a meeting and see how the program works. Talk with coworkers who have successfully lost weight.

TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS STARTING JANUARY 2013 FOR AT WORK MEMBERS

OPTON 1 – The Current Payment Plan: New members pay $135 ($11.25 per week) and $115 for current members ($9.58 per week) at the beginning of the 12-week session (December 18th).

OPTION 2 - New Monthly Pass and eTools Plan: Current and new members who choose the Monthly Pass will pay for the first month at the time of registration December 18th and the second and third months will be auto-billed to the individual members’ personal credit/debit card account. The cost is $42.95 per month ($10.74 per week) which includes eTools (regularly an additional $14.95 per month).

USU At-Work Meetings are held every Tuesday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the University Inn, Room 511. The first 15 minutes are private and confidential weigh-ins with a 30 minute meeting from 12 to 12:30 p.m.  Fill out the membership form and bring it to class with either cash, a check, or a credit card.  For more information email or call Shannon Johnson at shannon.johnson@usu.edu; 797-1470.

LIFETIME MEMBERS:  Lifetime members who attend any Weight Watchers meeting (at least) once per calendar month and weigh-in within 2 pounds of their goal weight, will receive a Lifetime Member Voucher Code to access eTools FREE for 8 weeks.  The access code is only good for 1 month, so you need to check-in every month to get the voucher.

If you haven't attended a Weight Watcher meeting for a while, you'll want to learn about the new exciting information in the PowerStart materials; Starting with a NEW pocket guide, PointsPlus 2012, and Simply Filling, an alternative to tracking.  Plus, stick around after class for an added bonus to weekly meetings, which is a 10 minute 3-series PowerStart session.  One session is on choices, on is on plans, and one is on spaces.  These 3 bonus sessions will rotate every week.  Each session comes with a tracker and includes 7 sample meal plans AND a grocery list.

So if you are a Lifetime Member, come back and join us for the USU At Work Program and get your FREE eTools voucher.
